Just purchased a car online from Northridge Cars! First class service from start to finish. Delivered the car in person by Andy and dealing with Paul for the sale from initial enquiry through to delivery of the car was easy and painless! Paul was professional kept me up to date with all the details etc (you always worry about buying a car online line without seeing it first) but it was made easy and I felt i could trust paul from the onset. My daughter is super happy with her Seat. Thanks to all at Northridge I would recommend 100%
I am so impressed with this dealership. Northridge was recommended to me by a good friend, which gave me real reassurance that I was dealing with people I could trust. And then meeting Raj and Paul was an absolute pleasure — you can really see the care, pride, and commitment that goes into preparing the cars and making sure customers have a great experience. Paul also went out of his way to help us source a new set of refurbished alloys, as the car we chose came with a very standard set. Nothing was too much trouble. A big thank you to the team. We'll be coming back for sure. 🙂
I enquired online about a Ford Focus and Jonathan was very quick to respond to my questions. I came in the following day and was greeted by Raj who was extremely helpful and informative about the company and the Focus. He discussed finance options and made it incredibly easy as it was my first time financing a car. He was honest and wasn't pushy at all. Raj even went out his way to pick me up on the day of the collection, will definitely be getting my next car from Northridge Cars with Raj, top salesman and a top bloke!
Absolutely the best experience going to Northridge Cars, Paul was fabulous from start to finish, from our first enquiry on the car we were interested in to view, in arranging the viewing and taking it for a test drive, with all the AA checks and perfect condition of the vehicle, to the purchase and delivery of it, they went above and beyond. Lovely, professional and very friendly service, I would 100% recommend Northridge Cars, as well as the aftercare given to me as a customer. One very happy owner of my new beautiful car with the best customer experience ive ever had anywhere buying a car. Very worth the 2 hour drive to see them they are excellent!
