Brought our camper van from this dealership, used part exchange for our car, had no issues with purchase Roe was honest and upfront. We have had a few minor issues with the van in the first few months which were dealt with quickly and efficiently by Roe, coming to collect the van. The customer service is excellent, Roe goes above and beyond thank you. Will be booking in out Mot with yourself as feel they will be honest.
Absolute pleasure dealing with the owner of this company for my daughters first car. He goes above and beyond to be helpful and accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble. Unlike many other car sales companies you feel like you can really trust this guy and he doesn't pressure you into buying . Also his follow up after sales is second to none. Bought a Volkswagen polo from Rob a couple of weeks ago for my daughter , what a nice man , was late getting to him because of traffic car was in great condition he had spent money on getting in great shape so the price was very fair , he brought the car too us two days later for my mate who’s a mechanic to check it over despite at first arranging to go back too Leigh from him to look it over there . So he was not only happy to let my mate give it the once over he went above and beyond bringing the car to us . Would I recommend him 100% in fact I said if I change my car anytime in the future and he has the type of car I’m looking for I will be back . Since then the car has been perfect and my daughter loves it . Thanks Rob your a ⭐️
When buying a used vehicle, one of the biggest unknowns is trust. Do you trust the seller, is the vehicle as good as described, do you trust that the vehicle won't let you down after you've taken ownership etc etc. My experience of dealing with Roe is that he is trustworthy. He looks after the cars he sells and ensures they are safe and drive well. He looks after his clients and makes sure he does what he says he's going to do - sending invoices, arranging delivery, transfer of ownership, help with taxing the car etc. For these reasons I believe you should consider buying from Roe.
