They truly believe in delivering for clients and have been super flexible when requested. I've used them several times over 4 years and have only ever walked away happy and impressed. I've had one niggle after a repair which Chris and team happily resolved with no complaints. They've had other colleagues step in when I've needed to drop or collect my car outside their usual service hours (thanks Ollie!). The car has always been returned back in pristine condition, well looked after and valeted on return. The showroom and workshop facilities are stunning to visit. Their parts shop customer service is brilliant too - Cary who usually does finance and HR once went beyond her duty to help get a part couriered for me! Support this small business run by a very special team. Whenever I've gone to a main dealer the focus has always been trying to upsell unnecessary work at ridiculous labour rates. Trust Nicholas Mee and get the service you and your cherished car deserve!

A big thank you to Oliver, amazing service. He had to prepare my Vantage for my NC500 trip. One of my headlight units had an issue. Back order from Aston wasn't going to make the timescales, so Oliver organised then to be refurbished in double quick time. Outcome - the car was presented with its full annual service, plus necessary maintenance work, a day or so before the trip. I've used Nicholas Mee instead of the main dealer now for over two years, extremely professional with top quality work. I always look forward to visiting them, as that is an experience in itself - from the welcome by Carrie, to the professional management of the work being carried out by Oliver and Chris. A big thank you again for getting my trip on track - over 2000 miles covered, the Vantage ran as sweet as a nut!!
Oliver and team made some new bespoke front footmats for my 1974 Porsche to match the original spec. Really fantastic service - great communication throughout and the mats were absolutely perfect. And all at a very good price for the work involved. Highly recommended.
My first experience of dealing with Nicholas Mee in Essendon and particularly Oliver and team, when I had a hood operating problem, was excellent. They really are a knowledgeable, professional and smart operation. I suspect I'll be using them for all my AM work from now on. A great find.
