I cant reccomend them more highly. They gave the best customer service that I have ever had. They went over and beyond in accomodating me after being let down by other mechanics and worked overtime and on a weekend to help. Their service was first class from beginning to end. I have used a lot of mechanics in Bath and Newbridge Auto Centre are by far the best. Speaking to others in the area, they have nothing but praise for them. Thank you for the brilliant service.
Very friendly and helpful, along with good value. Would highly recommend these guys. update: Have now been using this garage exclusively for both cars over the past 3 maybe 4 years and they continue to do an excellent job.
I took my car in for them to check my brake pads because a warning light on the car was saying it needed new ones. I went the car in to another garage to have them fixed but they said pads were ok and didnt know what to do .( they recommended it took it to be diagnosed by a specialist) Looked on internet and found Newbridge Autos, who were absolutely brilliant! sorted the problem and clearly explained what they had done (at a very fair price) Really pleased , thank you so much.
