They've not found/carried out any unnecessary work, and recently when my car broke down at a crucial time when I needed a vehicle they not only took my own car in for repair, but also also provided a substitute which I was able to easily access after they had closed for the day. I really was so grateful to them for their help that day.
Been coming here for years. I find them honest and approachable. They look after 3 cars in our family and I have no hesitation in recommending them. Great business
Have dealt with New Road service station for years. They are honest , always helpful and don’t do work where it’s not needed (as many garages would) They even identified where work by a well known main dealership had not been carried out correctly. They are excellent and I would highly recommend.
We have 3 cars serviced and mot'd here. I find they are trustworthy, very polite, and keep you informed when car is ready or if other issues arise during the work.
Really happy with my MOT experience for my bike. Great value for money!
