Jak helped out and provided a proffession service above and beond that that other could and would provide. I would recommend anyone ask Jacob with all of their motoring needs.
My car broke down today due to a faulty starter motor. I contacted RAC and they said they'd take about 3 hours to get to me, so I decided to give Jacob a call instead. He arrived within 10 minutes and managed to get my car started, he then put me in contact with his friend who was able to replace the starter motor for me straight away. The car was repaired and back on the road in the same time it would have taken RAC to get to me. I will definitely use you guys again and thanks for all your help today
Jacob was brilliant. I called him out of the blue to investigate an issue with my car which occurred whilst I was on holiday. He arrived quickly and solved a tricky issue with my wheel bearing. Throughout the process he communicated clearly what he was doing and checked I was happy with everything. He provided an excellent service at a good price - thank you Jacob!
Jacob is the best! He helped us out of a very tricky situation when our cars boot wouldn't open after 5 hours in it from Cornwall. After around an hour we were in. He was very cautious not to cause any damage while investigating and was very reassuring from start to finish. I highly recommend!
Had a problem with the boot of my car not opening, called Jacob and he was able to come round within 48 hours and quickly sort the issue and only charged for an hours labour. Clearly very knowledgeable and knows what he is doing. Will definitely use again!
