Having taken my C class to another local merc specialist locally who had it 5 weeks in total and charged me over £3300 for a service and adblue related repairs, the engine light came back on after the supposed final fix after 40 miles and the adblu countdown timer soon after. Having no confidence I looked for another merc specialist locally and took the car to Neil Murray Neil didn’t just rely on the diagnostics system fault codes and actually diagnosed the issue to be a leaking adblu hose which the other garage had clearly missed, …… 3 times. He had it a day, and back on the road in 3…. Wish I had taken it there in the first place. Proper mechanic, fast and reliable. I will always take my car here in future
Would always use for my BMW. Fair price and amazing lads. If you have any high end car or BMW take it to Neil. He knows his stuff and will luck after you 100%.
Took my Range Rover Evoque for recall on my steering rack at the Land Rover dealership . After a couple of drives on the motorway I began to feel the car steering was shaking and vibrating very intermittently . After the dealership denied they had disturbed my steering rack with the recall I decided to take it to Neil Murray to have the problem repaired. Neil and the team did a brilliant job in replacing a new steering rack . The car has not had any problems since . Neil’s knowledge in cars is absolutely 1st class . Definitely recommend!!
