The mechanic took photos of the work as it was carried out and subsequently sent them to me. Highly recommend this garage and its staff.

Wonderful service from Bascombe Motors! I needed an urgent repair to my brakes. When I telephoned, the service receptionist told me they couldn't fit me in for nearly two weeks! After he had a brief chat with Nathan, he said to take my car to the garage immediately for them to assess. On arrival, the problem was quickly diagnosed and I was informed what work was necessary. They said to leave the car and they would get it done in the next day or two. Unfortunately, I had to have the car that evening, so couldn't leave it. Another brief chat with Nathan and I was told to leave the car and they would get it done that afternoon. Less than four hours later I was back at Bascombe Motors collecting my repaired car! Thank you for the outstanding service. Brilliant! 🍌🚗👍🙂
Many thanks to the mechanics, who very kindly fixed the problem after I called completely on the off chance. Saved me a lot of anxiety and probably my holiday as well. Highly recommended
