They take time to investigate, rather than just jumping to a quick conclusion - this will save you money. For instance Mercedes quoted me £1500 to replace the DPF. Turns out only a sensor needed to be replaced @ £140. Highly recommended!
Absolutely fantastic service. They are extremely honest and actually showed me how a previous garage had done an appalling job of replacing the oil filter on my car. They replaced the oil filter and showed me their work in a transparent manner. Great people and great prices, would 100% return and use again.
Had my car in for a service, fantastic! collected my vehicle from me at home, did a full vehicle check. 100% transparent and HONEST about what did need doing and what I didn't need to do. Replaced the oil and brake fluid and brought the car back to me at home with full service schedule. A great garage and team. Thank you very much, have already recommended and will be using again.
Support for Ukraine. Iv been bringing my van here for a couple of years now and they have always done a perfect job for a fair price. Using van to deliver medical supplies to Ukraine and needed my van to be able to make the distance and to be looked at quickly. Fast and Perfect job as always... Im really touched that didn't charge me for labour to show support for people in need. Thank you so much.
We have been using for a few years now, lots of family members for longer. Over that time the service and personal touch makes N and P stand out. Our first experience was with a noise problem that the main dealer could not find but N and P did. Never over charged, always kept informed and reasonable charges. I have always been sceptical of garages, all I wanted was to find was someone with very good knowledge , did the work properly and charged a fair price . Found it 100% with N and P, a breath of fresh air in the car servicing/repair world.
