Staff seem to begin work early to ensure the very best service. There is a notable absence of litter outside and the presence of new paint makes this business resonate.
I am so impressed with this garage. Although they couldn't entirely help with my issue, I know that they are are honest and reliable. I rang up this company, to tell them about an exhaust issue I was having. It kept rattling after a thump noise came from under neath my car the day before. It was really worrying me. When I was on the phone a polite young man told me I could pop my car in any time that day and they'd look at it for me. Parked in the back bit. Was a little cramped but to be expected for a small garage. I notified the worker my car was there and he had a look at it once he finished his job which wasn't long. Looked at the cars by the garage in the mean time to eat away some time. Once the mechanic had called me over he told me that my exhaust had came loose and showed me in detail where the noise was coming from. One of my clamps had come off. So, he told me to go to a44 to see if they could fully diagnose the issue. When I went to this recommended garage they tried to rip me off by saying I needed a new engine mount simply because they couldn't be bothered to fix the exhaust or because they saw I was a girl and wouldn't know what they were talking about but not every girl is stupid. The broken engine mount wasn't the case as I went to another garage after who tightened my exhaust back into place. So I applaud bransford for being completely honest about the problem but not so happy with the reccomended choice of garage. I think the mechanic needed a little more confidence as he would have been correct in assuming my exhaust wasn't secure. But I appreciate cautiousness. I fully appreciate your honesty and polite service and highly recommend other people to come here for a vehicle check.
Always take my VW Polo to MRG for Service and all other mechanical problems. Very reasonable rates, excellent advice and customer service. One of the best garages you will find in the Worcester area.
Excellent service. Honest and straightforward business. If you want a cheap bodge go somewhere else. If you want fair price for a proper job, this is your place.
