After another garage damaged my car, I went to mr tyre, Martin was really helpful on the phone and got me to bring it in the next day (a Saturday) unfortunately they couldn’t do any work on that day but they got my car in on Tuesday for the day, they kept me informed throughout the day about what they’d found wrong with it and what they were doing. Very happy with the service I received and will be coming back for any services etc the car needs in the future.
Steve, Dylan and the team were really helpful… rang me back when a last min slot came up on the same day for 4 tyres to be fitted and was good as gold when I arrived. Dylan sorted my car without complaint, advised of some other work that would be good to carry out but didn’t push me to do it. Will use them again.
Had a tyre changed today. Great 5 star service on booking my car in. Dylan took care of everything, he was efficient, helpful and polite and didn’t talk down to me as he must have guessed I knew nothing about tyres. Thank you. Will definitely recommend and use again.
