Really helpful, honest and genuine! Went in with 2 nails in my tyre after previously being told I needed a replacement to try and get them patched repaired instead. The team took the nails out and advised there was actually no puncture so no work was needed to be done. Huge thanks!
Jack and the team are great. If they are able to, they do everything they can to help and if they can’t they work very hard to find a solution. I’ve used them for rectification work, tyres and stupid questions and they have never let me down. Decent prices and honesty. Personal service from a chain brand. Recommend them over KF and other chains every time.
The guys here are great. If they can help, they will. 1 star taken off for the guy who was very wrong when I dropped it off about what they would be able to do and how long it would take. Turns out, they could do it and it took them 5 hours less than he expected. Thanks go to the guys who helped - fantastic.
Great experience with the team at Mr Tyre Lichfield. Had a set of new tyres and TPMS fitted on some new alloys for my truck, arranged through a third party provider. Garage has a comfortable waiting area and I was offered a bottle of water whilst I waited. I was updated a couple of times during fitting and I'm very pleased with the result of the work done. They also have their own car parking (see Google's Street view). Thanks for the good work!
