These guys are the most helpful and trustworthy mechanics that we’ve ever used. Our little Toyota suddenly lost power on a short local trip and the engine warning light came on. A quick phone call and they fitted us in the next morning as they knew we needed the car to go to the airport in a couple of days time. The problem was quickly diagnosed and the faulty part was replaced giving us peace of mind once again. Thank you for always providing such a friendly, reliable and reasonably priced service! .
My second visit to your Bedford garage and I can honestly say that the service and care to detail has been fantastic. The manager explained things without making it complicated. Truly excellent service. Highly recommend
My engine management light came on yesterday evening, tried to book somewhere for today to run a diagnostic, but the earliest I could find was next week. Rang Motorvation as soon as they opened this morning and they said they would fit me in. They ran a diagnostic and it transpired it really wasn’t anything to be concerned about, and the check engine light then needed resetting. When I went to pay I was told not to worry about, they didn’t charge me anything. I’ve been to these guys for years, they’ve always been helpful, do a good job and more importantly from my experience, are honest. I expected to pay for the service they provided and I know anywhere else would have charged me. Seeing that light come on, you do worry, and I wouldn’t have been able to get the car looked at until the end of next week if it wasn’t checked today. So thank you for getting me seen to today, you’ve alleviated my concerns that I would have been worried about all week otherwise, and ended a not so great week, positively. Keep up the good work!
