from 595 reviews on GoogleCouldn’t have had a better experience- I had the pleasure of dealing with Conor, he was absolutely fantastic very knowledgeable easy going and didn’t have the usual hard salesman vibe. I took the car for a test drive which was ready in minutes, fell in love with it instantly. I found a few scratches which were dealt with quickly and rectified and looks brand new. Went over finance options asked lots of questions which he was happy to deal with and answer for me, traded my car in and settled the outstanding finance with no trouble at all, helped with changing plates, tax etc. picked my car up maybe a week later and it was a seamless process. Drove away within a hour with a new car and a smile on my face. A few days later I had an issue with the battery, within a day I had a brand new battery in the car- again a faultless process. I highly recommend purchasing from motor park, nothing is too much to ask, everyone is super friendly. Will definitely use them for my next purchase. Thank you guys x
I'm getting on a bit now so I've had the experience of buying and owning quite a few vehicles. I have not dealt with Motorparks before but they had the best possible example of what I was looking for at a price that was the most competitive in the country. My 6 hour train journey was worth it. The Lexus GS was extremely well prepared and waiting. The car was outstanding but the service i received from Trish at the Canterbury branch was equally outstanding. Trish made my buying experience memorable. The Lexus gave me the best 4 1/2 hour drive back to S.Wales that I have experienced and as my car buying goes this was 14 hours well spent.
We were delighted to purchase our Ford Puma today from Motorparks Canterbury through the wonderful Tricia. She was extremely helpful, listened to what we needed, and was very personable. She went out of her way to pick up the car from another branch with one day's notice and arranged for some minor works to be done before we picked it up. What impressed us the most is her wonderful customer service - so very, very different to other car sales forecourts we have visited. Tricia is a credit to the company, and they are lucky to have her services. If you are looking to buy a car, we would highly recommend visiting Motorparks and dont forget to ask for Tricia! Just like to mention the dealership team have been absolutely amazing answering all of questions on a daily basis being very informative with the entire process, definitely a dealership I will use again. I can’t thank the team for the amount of care I have received over the past week and a half and a very big thank you to Trisha, Connor and the general team as a whole I’m so thankful to own the car I do today all because these lovely staff members made it possible for me
Would highly recommend and had outstanding service from start to finish from Sean. The dealership was very welcoming particularly as I had my kids with me both for the test drive and the collection. Had my old car to part exchange and worked out a deal quickly and efficiently. Sean kept me fully informed as the new car was prepared and we agreed a collection date.
