I'd definitely use them again and I have, just today. They only use certified recommended oils only I was quoted £650 for my Range Rover service they got it done half price for me with same parts . Very rare to find a repair business that still operates with morals!👌
I have been using this garage for the past few years for my services and MOT and honestly they have not let me down once, rather their customer service seems to be better every single time, with outstanding staff and always there to give the best advice. This time round, I went in to get my full service and MOT and after the inspection I was told the 4 break pads needs replacing, I knew they were telling the truth because I had already taken into a different garage to get price check and with no surprise Motor Magic quoted me best price and amazing service by giving my car back the same day without any delays. I have already recommended so many family and friends to use this garage as it is trustworthy and much better priced than any other garages in the area. I have been using this garage for a number of years now and have also recommended it to multiple friends & family members. The team are friendly and extremely helpful, and they send across videos of the work and their findings on WhatsApp. As a woman, I’ve been to garages previously and felt quite uncomfortable being there; I have never felt like this at Motor Magic. I had an exhaust sounding noise coming from the rear of my electric Nissan Leaf and needed it sorted out urgently as I use my car for work. I contacted Magic Motor who said they could book me in three days time (I had contacted Nissan who could not fit me in for over a month and other local mechanics would not touch an electric car). The following day I visited Motor Magic abd they kindly looked at my car there and then, identifying that the wheel bearing had gone. They immediately offered to fix it and two hours later my car was driving again with no noises. Great job.
Booked my car service + mot, got appointment on same day and all work done very professionally on same day. All staff specially owner of garage is such a brilliant person and very helpful. Deserved 5 stars and highly recommend to everyone!!!!!!
