We received a very friendly welcome when we arrived to get my car MOT'd they took the details and key and told us when it would be ready. We left the car with them and walked I to town for some lunch and got a text when it was done saying it had passed. I've used them many times now and will continue to do so and recommend them to anyone that asks locally where to go.
Booked my BMW in on Thursday for a Friday afternoon appointment, it was quiet, car was done on time, service was excellent and they have parking. If you wait you can walk to Town Centre but with the appointment basis they do you on time. They did not also put stupid comments on the MOT like 'undertrays fitted preventing inspection of underside of vehicle' I mean every manufacturer fits undertrays. All in all an excellent MOT centre been using them on off 25 years.
I took my car in for its MOT. Everything was straightforward. I booked online, the interactions were good, the test was done while I waited. All good.
I have been in this Reading branch since 2000. With pre-booking and without pre-booking. Always Friendly staff and quick service. MOT test an hour time. Every year.
