More importantly, the work was carried out at a reasonable and fair price, *compared to quotes I had from other garages. The staff were polite, honest and explained all aspects of the work carried out in instrinsic detail. Extremely satisfied with this company and will definitely return again to them.
The best MOT place we have been to by far. We recently had to change from our usual MOT Test Centre and we decided to book with MOTEST as they had great reviews. We were very sceptical at first as we have been with the same company for many years and it’s always a bit daunting switching to someone new. We were worried they might fail our car and make it out like it needed a lot of work to be done, as our car is 10+ years old. The booking process was very simple, and they were one of the very few places that had availability for the next day, as this was urgently needed. Unfortunately, our car did fail its MOT. However, the team were so professional. I received a phone call very quickly explaining what was wrong with it. When we collected the car the team went over everything again with us, and they did explain they were not able to fix some of the issues. I admire their honesty. We’ve had a few issues ourselves along the way while trying to fix the car. It’s been an absolute nightmare the last two weeks, but the team at MOTEST have been incredibly patient with us and let us bring it in again for a re-test, where it passed finally. I’m so pleased with their excellent customer service, and would highly recommend them to anyone. We will continue to use them. Many thanks!
Hassle free and good communication goes along way. Booked me in quickly after I suddenly realised I needed my MOT renewed. Friendly guys who got the test done in 40 or so minutes. Would recommend.
What can I say - these guys are incredible. I live locally and had an issue after a well-known motoring chain had messed something up on my car. These guys were highly recommended to me by a neighbour and fixed it same day - incredible service and work, and I will only be coming here now for my MOTs and servicing.
