My mum took her car to Formula One on the Ridge to fix a knocking in her suspension. After a month the same knocking came back and then charged her another £70 to look at it again but the issue just came back. She was then recommended by a family friend to visit Mota Services, who immediately diagnosed the issue. The previous mechanic had installed the part without using a washer (both times) and it of course it was always going to shake itself lose. I think because she was a woman on her own they thought they could fob her off. Anyways, several months after having Mota work on the car I can confirm the issue is finally completely solved. He also showed her what he did and took the time to explain the issue. Top bloke who respects his customers. People like this deserve your business!

Fantastic! They were just super at diagnosing and fixing my car, had other mechanics and SLM look first who couldn't find the problem until I took it here. Will not be going to any other garage again.... I highly recommend them!
Incredibly helpful service, always friendly and you always get a call before any work is carried out. Plus very affordable prices. Wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.
