I was involved in a non fault accident, gave monaco motor group a call and they sorted me with a courtesy car within the following day I was amazed how quick I was in a brand new car. they also kept me updated throughout the whole period of my claim. Highly recommend them. Excellent service
This right here is a 10/10 service. MMG took the stress of my shoulder and took care of the whole process from start to finish. Recovery time was amazing, negotiated the best price for my total loss, always listening and ready to help, always looking out for me… I wasn’t treated like just a regular customer, it felt like I was home if you know what I mean… this is one of the best out there to be honest. I’d recommend you guys over and over! Thanks guys I do appreciate your amazing and excellent service.
Great company and a very well experienced great team. Had an accident on July 24 and given a nice new car as a courtesy plus repairs were done, rims done complimentary and friendly team. I recommend them to Londoners.
I was a little skeptical at first, came across this business over social media and enquired with them after getting in to a collision. It sounded too good to be true, a similar loan car, repairs covered without paying any excess due to being in a non fault collision. Mohamed from Monaco walked me through every step of the way, very grateful to him and his team. They acted very quickly, got my car inspected, accepted the claim and got me in a hire car when dropping my car to the body shop. The car was repaired to factory quality within a week. The claim is now closed with a fully repaired car at no cost to myself and the team also supplied me with a full tank of fuel. Jazaka’Allah very grateful for your assistance and I will recommend you in the event any of my family or friends get in to a collision.
