After hearing my story, Richard made sure to fit me in that day, spent 45 minutes trying to figure the issue with my car and I haven't told him yet but I believe his guess was actually correct. I was taking the car to a family friend the next day but just wanted someone I can trust to confirm the car would survive the journey. Not only did Richard try to resolve my issue, he also sat with me and discussed the costs and parts on my invoice from National. He also looked over the parts I'd got back from my "full service" and reassured me that if I wanted to make a complaint he would help me. I can't recommend Richard enough and I now have him on speed dial as I refuse to go anywhere else locally.

Excellent service with sensible pricing. Richard is someone you can trust. Came to my home when the car couldn't be moved. Needed to take us to the airport. Speedy service and really appreciated.
Required repair to the Axle ( CV Joint ) and replacement to the top strut mount bearing on both sides. Job was carried out professionally and methodically, and the was cost was very reasonable. My Father in law, a retired engineer, was very pleased with how Richard approached the job and completed, with all the final checks to ensure everything is working. I would strongly recommend.
