The mechanic has gone above and beyond for us, the best we have ever used. Highly recommended. I guarantee you will not be disappointed if you use their services!
MiniTown were excellent with the service provided. They carried out a major work on my car and managed to turn it around in 7 days. They were professional and knowledgable and kept regular updates on how my car was progressing. Would definitely recommend.
I recently purchased a BMW 2 Series from this dealership and have been thoroughly impressed with their service. Two weeks after my purchase, a warning light appeared. Under warranty, they promptly checked the car and identified that the battery voltage was low. They replaced the battery with a new one, which includes a 3-year warranty, all within 2 hours. Remarkably, this was done on a Sunday for my convenience. The mechanic Jay was professional, efficient, and accommodating. Highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking to buy a BMW or MINI.
If I could give this place more stars I would! Bought a Mini Cooper last week and it’s been an absolute gem! Had a very minor issue come up with the rear heated window (nothing to do with the garage!) so asked for their help. Not only did Jay help by sharing all of his knowledge when I first looked at this car but he found the issue within seconds and fixed it! He was really professional throughout the whole of the sales process and extremely knowledgeable and honest. Would highly recommend this company!!
We took my partner's car in after being able to hear an issue that sounded like a wheel bearing. Upon further inspection by Jay it turned out that the BMW we had bought under a month prior had been involved in a collision and the noise was due to sub frame issues. Jay explained the process of requesting a refund and spoke to the garage we had bought the car from and could not have been more helpful and correct about certain issues with the car. He provided a full video summary of the damage and agreed to contact BMW on our behalf to find the costs of potentially repairing the car. Jay was the most experienced and knowledgeable mechanic we had managed to be able to speak to about this issue
