from 25 reviews on GoogleNeeded some work done on my car. mini medics were recommended by a friend so I called in to have a chat with them, booked the car in and it was fixed to a very high standard the same week, I am very happy with the repairs and the price! The staff are great very friendly and knowledgeable they have time for the customer and go that extra mile! Although they do all kinds of work on all cars,the restoration work on the classic minis is absolutely awesome! I can't recommend these guys enough. And if / when (it's an old car now) I need more work done I will contact these guys. Many thanks!
The Mini-Medics team were fabulous from start to finish! We have nothing but praise and thanks. We had broken down on the M6 , the alternator had gone! We were travelling from Manchester to Kent. We spent the night at a Travel Lodge, where we were picked up from the following lunchtime and returned to the garage to collect our fixed car! Cannot fault the fast friendly service. You came to our rescue when we found ourselves stranded! Thanks again 👍 Keep up the good work 🙂
Just want to say huge thank you to the Minimedic garage. You guys are absolute lifesavers. Let's start from the top... lol I live in Birmingham and drive 50+ miles to get to work in Stoke. After parking car in car park I noticed car bonnet is lifted by 8inches on the passenger side. Rightly being worried I rang the AA who said it's a huge rod ( strut mount) that's protruding out and pushing bonnet up. He rang minimedics who said they are more than happy to take on job and have it done by end of day. I was apprehensive as thought that's not realistic .. I was proven wrong.. these guys are stealth like in their approach. Car dropped off by AA guy at 12pm. Liz who I dealt with was great.. polite courteous and respectful. She kept me updated throughout day. To my surprise she rang at 3.30 saying car ready .. and to top it off and at very decent price . Paid over the phone and the icing on the cake .. staff dropped the car back to me 5 miles away saving to having to get a taxi to them. All in all decent, honest & trustworthy people. I did not physically meet any of them ( all via phone ) , but they put me at ease and were professional. I will definitely spread the word how great you guys were to me and how rapid you were at fixing my car. Thank you very much .
Special thanks to Simon at Mini Medics for helping me out last night. I've been taking my mini to Simon for 4 years now, and the customer service has always been fantastic, but last night he went above and beyond, helping me out, after hours, when the mini broke down. He responded to my calls and texts right through to nearly 10pm, trouble shooting with me and then whilst I arranged to have the car towed 70 miles to him by the AA (5 hours after I called them out). He even offered to have it recovered for me. He was happy to have the car dropped at his house, and the keys posted through his door at midnight, so he could sort it for me over the weekend and I didnt have to worry about the AA patrol leaving it (or the keys) in the wrong place. When was the last time you got that kind of service from a garage?
This was the nearest garage when our VW Golf flashed up multiple error messages and warnings. Just from the description Mini Medics at Hollywood Garage seemed to know the cause, a wheel sensor. Within 5 minutes they had plugged the diagnostic tester into the car and read the error messages which confirmed their initial view. Replacement sensor was ordered, delivered and fitted all within an hour and a half and we were safely underway again without error messages. Great service and at a very reasonable price. Thank you Mini Medics.
