Midland Service Garage got my Audi in at short notice, diagnosed and repaired my injector fault plus we're able to complete additional work on short notice. They sent a SMS with a payment link as well as a diagnosis via weblink for me to view prior to work being carried out. Friendly and helpful all the way, 10/10, thank you and will return!

I had bought a part but wasn't confident fitting it so rolled up to msg and a guy came out and did it there and then. Regularly use this garage for services etc. Really helpful and friendly would highly recommend!
I was pointed towards MSG by another garage due to the work needed on my car and i'm grateful to them. Very professional service and great service. They send you a video of the visual inspection for the car before work progresses along with the ability to pick the work to be carried out or not, it's your choice. If there is only one thing I would have liked to have seen it's that they should also tell you of any diagnostic charges that are applicable. But overall a dealer type service at a lesser labour rate. Would happily recommend the garage to anyone else.
