from 81 reviews on GoogleAbsolutely fantastic! Long story short: our car had a faulty oil pressure sensor, which it turned out wasn't faulty, leading to us destroying the engine. Lots of horrific noises from the engine, the AA tow the car Mick's garage who, despite it being late on a Saturday night, arranges a courtesy car and a promise that he'll have a look on Monday. He strips the engine, diagnoses it as terminal and offers the choice of a replacement engine or to scrap it for us. With the age of the car, we opt for plan B. Mick tells us not to worry and to hang on the courtesy car for the week. He also has a replacement car that he offers to sell us for a song. We are now the owners of a new car and the scrappage money from the old one and a very reasonable bill from Mick. This is not the first time we've used Mick's services and it certainly won't be the last. I cannot recommend him enough. A proper honest and extremely competent mechanic and a genuinely lovely man to boot!
Mick was wonderfully helpful and very reasonably priced when I found myself in a pickle with my vehicle whilst in Stoke. He was a genuinely kind chap, a pleasant reminder that there are good people out there. He had my car sorted within no time and had me on my way. I am very grateful for his assistance. If your looking for a trustworthy and efficient garage then Mick’s place is definitely the place to go.
Mick was absolutely brilliant. He was also very kind and respectful. My car was serviced in a few hours and brought home. The price was way lower than I expected. #Impressed
Mick got my van fixed last minute as I needed it for the next day, one call and I explained the issue and that I desperately needed it for the next day, he told me to go straight down, dropped the car off the ramps they were working on and got to work on my brake pads and discs, picked it up a couple of hours later, good as gold and very reasonably priced, top man mick, thankyou 5*****
