Phoned up to book in a full service and MOT. Staff were very helpful over the phone, managing to slot me in at pretty short notice. The service on the day was excellent, they gave updates throughout and were very transparent with regards to things which could do with replacing and the associated costs. The car now runs smoother than ever, and to top it off, they gave it a much needed clean - got it back looking like new! I'd wholeheartedly recommend for anyone looking for quality service from a local garage.
Let's get their rating back up to 4.9! A local business providing an excellent service as well as value for money with fuel prices. A good selection of merchandise inside & whilst I haven't used them for an MOT, previous reviews rate very highly.
Fantastic service - Steve managed to source and fit a new battery for our V90 within a couple of hours of me calling. To top it all off he lent me a car to get home in the mean time! Always go above and beyond - with very cheap fuel prices into the bargain.
The service I've received from Mellors garage over the past few days has been first rate! All the staff I had contact with were friendly and helpful - special thanks to Jo who went above and beyond with their customer service and efforts to get me safely 'back on the road' asap. 🙏 I'm a very happy customer and would use this garage again without any hesitation!
