We have been customers at MD for the past 2 or 3 years and have had excellent service, care and advice for both our cars. All the staff have been most pleasant and Nicki on Reception is always so helpful in arranging timings etc. for visits and very prompt in phoning us to inform us of progress in the work being carried out, checking our requirements and advising on recommended work - always with awareness of our need to know costs in advance. We have full confidence in our dealings there. Our only reason for not posting a 5 Star review is because of the parking facilities in the area but the staff are always so helpful in assisting us that we shall certainly continue to go to MD for all our needs regarding the cars. Having had years of services in other counties including Bucks, over the years of owning a car, they have proved to be the best! Whether it's a routine service, yearly MOT, or even those unexpected repairs I've had, they’ve always been on point. You can tell they really know their stuff and genuinely care about their customers It’s a relief to have a garage in Aylesbury you can trust Highly recommend them!
Fantastic customer service! As a woman it can be intimidating going into a garage but they all made me feel extremely at ease. They were able to take my car and fix it the same day when it suddenly broke down, they could see I was distressed and the owner and Nicky really helped me. I will not use anyone else. I have had a full service done and also have some other works booked in. Brilliant business cannot recommend highly enough.
