This was the closest garage so thought Id go and get it tightened quickly. They were busy but still found time to do it for me within 10 minutes and I was back out, on top of that they didnt even charge me, I know garages that would’ve easily asked for £10. Was a kind gesture and really appreciated. Great customer service and I will likely come back for future problems, many thanks once again!
Came to the garage for having issues with my wipers and screen wash. Phoned MCC Dan was really polite over the phone and saw me straight away. Callum dealt with the issue really quickly and fixed the fuse causing the issue. Such friendly and welcoming gentlemen. It’s nice to know as a girl there’s garages that won’t take advantage and mess you about. Staff at MCC were really professional and helpful will definitely be coming back if I have any other issues.
Amazing service as always highly recommend to anyone looking to get their vehicle sorted. Bought my car in for tracking 5 star service, very welcoming and caring. Lads were very bubbly and honest. Very happy with the way vehicle is driving and will definitely be coming back in the future for any repairs or vehicle issues. Work done on time and no messing about or lies being told.
I have to say that the service I received on my recent visit was second to none. The manager Danny couldn't do enough to help His customer skills are brilliant making myself and the other customers feel extremely welcome. He made everyone feel at ease with his friendly banter he really did create the atmosphere Well done young man👏👏👏I will be using there services again and will let others know.👍👍👍
Can’t recommend this garage enough! They’re quick and efficient. Honest with their prices and by far the best garage to deal with any car issues! Highly recommend!
