Excellent Service and Great Value at MB Motor Services I recently needed a timing chain replacement on my Mercedes SLK, but my local Mercedes specialist wouldn’t handle the timing chain work or coordinate with my extended warranty. Thankfully, I was advised to check out MB Motor Services, and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I contacted them, MB Motor Services was more than happy to take on the job and work directly with my warranty company. They made the whole process seamless—I didn’t have to lift a finger. They even arranged for a loan car, making everything as convenient as possible. Their level of service matches what you’d expect from a main dealer, but at literally half the price. I’ll definitely be bringing my cars here for all future work. Highly recommend MB Motor Services to anyone looking for trustworthy, high-quality service without the main dealership price tag!
Everytime I have had issues with my car they have always dealt with it in good time and effectively. They are clear about costs etc and do the job that the main dealer would do but for a lower cost. They are very knowledgable and have always been very helpful and are a bunch of very personable and nice guys. Steve is very approachable and knows his stuff as does Alastair. Would highly recommend compared to another independent specialist in the area who I’ve found to be useless I’ve asked them for work with no reply or indication they want the work. This garage have always treated me well and made space for me. The work gets done quicker than expected and will be the only garage I deal with regarding my car. Thank you guys. Sorry it’s taken me so long to get round to writIng this review. Will always recommend!
Awesome work done by Steve and the MB Motors team. Great enthusiasm for your vehicle and getting you back on the road. They have been looking after my Sprinter for a series of mechanical and electrical faults. Steve is extremely knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain the issues showing pictures, test results etc. Great communication and customer service from the team. Highly recommend.
A very reliable & honest garage. I had a lot of anxiety around driving & have took my car there on multiple occasions to be told by the friendly owner, Steve, there was nothing wrong with my car, just me, lol. Can imagine other garages ripping me off. Would 100% recommend. Always happy with the service I receive.
