Great service. Adam and the guys done a great job sorting my wheel alignment out. The emailed the report explaining what was done and all done in the timescale they said it would be done. They have an after hours drop off and collection service which helped me a lot. Great service and highly recommened.
I cannot reccomend MB Jarvie highly enough. I get timely reminders about car services. It is simple to book the car in on line and there is never much delay. If there is ever a problem with my car it is easy to email Adam and he responds immediately with helpfully advice. It is a very personal service and I would never go back to using a big car dealer.
Having allowed MB Jarvie to service my DCT Merc transmission, I also requested a diagnostic check as I have owned the 68 plate GLA for a matter of weeks. Excellent service from the the garage, excellent customer liason and end cost more competitive that a Merc MD. I can recommend this company for all your vehicle service requirements and although wheel alignment was not carried out, at the service in September it has been recommended and their acclaimed 4 wheel alignment Hunter equipment will be used. Had VW in for MOT, service and alignment. Can't recommend Adam enough, excellent communication, updated throughout with no hidden costs and an itemised bill. Transparent service and very fair and competitive costs. Will use for all future work and would definitely recommend. Car felt like new afterwards!
