from 104 reviews on GoogleFirst class service: I called in to report that my nearside dipped headlight was no longer working on my Honda Jazz. Martin advised that a replacement bulb was needed and they could look at it now. A very polite young mechanic took about 15 minutes to carry out the extremely fiddly task of accessing and replacing the bulb and then said that "Martin says that there is no charge Sir". I know they are very good as they have been looking after my cars for years, but this first class customer service is unique to Martin Adams.
Always good service, willing to do that bit extra. Having been using them for over 15 years. Long waiting time as they are busy and popular!
