I take my car here. My parents take both their cars here. They offer a great value service and do what's needed very well (they will inform you of anything unexpected). The admin side is very good. You never need to worry, they keep you informed about parts, costs time etc. Very good company to deal with.
I have used Manders for a few years now for MOT and servicing my car. I have always found them to be friendly, professional and fair in their business practices. For example, I was once called to be informed they had given me the wrong estimate on tyres and that they would in fact be cheaper. I also recently had a minor issue with a fitted tyre that was not their fault looked at again free of charge. Thank you all at Manders.
Took my Mondeo for a new power steering pump. Peter went out his way to get one from Germany. Great communication and always very friendly. Very efficient, and always takes time out to explain everything. Thanks again to Peter and all the staff at Manders. Would definitely recommend Cheers, Vince
