When I collected my car I was told exactly what had been done and the few things that need fixing in the future. Very welcoming work environment. I will definitely be going back to there next time :)
Thanks Alex and Mark, fantastic job on our Ford c max, timing belt kit and power shift gearbox service carried out .Very knowledgeable and professional, would 100% recommend these guys,very accommodating and job priced very reasonable. Good to find a garage you can trust.
Our 2017 Ford Ranger suffered another failure - Exhaust Gas Cooler/Heat Exchanger. At only 80K miles this well known manufacturing defect is Dealer priced at over £2O00 but with warnings of additional costs. I’ve been looking for an experienced independent for ages and have nothing but praise for Alex and Mark. In the first phone call it was obvious they had real depth of knowledge and experience of this very complex repair. Carried out swiftly and with obvious attention to detail, stuck to the estimate which was good value - and I had them do extra work while the Ranger was there. Although a 45 minute run to get to them from the other side of the county it was absolutely worth it. Friendly, helpful, professional, efficient and great communications. Above all - honest. Now - we build cars mostly classic race or street fast, so we understand what good looks like. But we don’t have the tools or experience of handling the complexity of modern vehicles like the Ranger. So it takes a lot to gain our trust and it is worth the trip for our other vehicles to deal with these guys.
Had a major problem with my Ford Focus EcoBoost engine that other garages could not diagnose. I was recommended Man2Automotive and I couldn't be happier with the service received. Alex solved the issue, took the time to explain everything clearly, and followed up a week later to check everything was ok. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
Friendliest garage I've been to and extremely competent. They took the time to explain the diagnosis they did on my Ford Transit, answered my questions and advised me about some other components. Well worth driving out of my way to go to a garage that offers superior service
