The owner and his team have always been friendly and polite and have always done their best to get my car fixed really quick. I took my car there this week 22nd October as I had a complete gearbox failure, they got it sorted in a day. Cant thank them enough.
I cannot thank Mac motors enough , I have Jaguar XE had a issue with a Adblu fault which other garages could not solve , booked my beloved XE in at MAC garage , within 4 hrs it was sorted , Charlie is so knowledgeable regarding jaguars , I will now use this garage for servicing in the future , met a couple of mechanics who were friendly and spoke about the issues with my fault , they know there stuff folks is definitely recommend this garage ! Well done to all who work there !
I genuinely wish I could give an extra star for the quality of work carried out by MAC Motors. I dropped in needing a significant amount of suspension work doing on my Evoque and despite being busy they fitted me in and I got the car back much quicker than anticipated. At all times, communications were exemplary - feedback, expected costs, issues... all known as they happened. I feel like I'm driving a new car - the handling is just so much better. I have absolutely no hesitation recommending MAC Motors to anyone who wants honest, quality work doing to their car. I'm going to be taking the car back whenever anything is needed as I'm now convinced I've found the best guys to look after it
I have been a customer of MAC Motors for many years and I consider them to be by far the best garage in the wider Burton area. The staff are friendly, accommodating and trustworthy with an excellent knowledge of a large range of models and the skills to service and repair them. MAC regularly services all of my family's cars and carries out repairs if needed. No family member has ever had cause for complaint over the quality or cost of the work done. I believe that MAC offers a high level of service not matched by others in the area at rates which are very competitive and it is well known that MAC is frequently employed by other garages, including main dealerships, to tackle problems with car electronics. I have no hesitation in recommending MAC Motors for high quality work and value for money.
I recently had problems with my Jaguar and was recommended to contact Charlie and his Team at MAC Motors. I was impressed by the wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm shown by Charlie, and the problem was soon solved. The Quality of Service together with competitive Labour Rate charges, were second to none. I would certainly recommend MAC Motors to my fellow motoring enthusiasts
