I just had my Nissan pick up MOT"d here. And I have to say in all my years of having vehicles MOT'd, this really was the best. They really give your vehicle the test it needs to ensure you're safe to drive it. Thanks to the team here doing this where Nissan couldn't as they don't have big enough ramps at the Nissan Garage. Yes, you heard me, right... jokes on Nissan! Great local business. 👍

Upon calling, the lady I spoke with was courteous and understanding, despite their busy schedule. She assured me she would check and managed to secure me an appointment the same day at 4 PM. Upon arrival, the team swiftly took my car in for a 30-minute inspection. When they returned my keys, they not only had addressed the issue promptly but also surprised me by saying the service was complimentary this time. Their generosity left me speechless. The level of professionalism, combined with the exceptional customer service and the extra mile they went by providing the service for free, made me feel truly valued and taken care of. It's rare to find such genuine kindness and commitment to customer satisfaction in the service industry. I am immensely grateful for the outstanding service and the team's willingness to assist me promptly and with such generosity.
