Will go above and beyond for customer expectations and not once have I had the same issue with a car problem that they have fixed. Trusted garage I have been using for many years. Highly recommend for all automotive services
Took car in for hand brake they changed a caliper since that change hand brake was dangerous could not park on hill kept rolling they jad back few times trying to fix this no success they advised i change brake discs i did no dif they said change pads i did nothing i changed brake cable no dif over 300 pound i took to another garage and did it in 2 days no issues now garage also said they didnt put any clips on cables cables were bent to fix in and numerous other things missing that left my car in a dangerous condition. I am currently seeking legal action for there incompetence i trusted them and they ripped me off. Dnt use these people cowboys. Also never stick to a time to take car in to be fixed sometimes my car has been in a week before they even look at it unreliable and basic knowledge of cars

Where to begin, nowadays everyone says they can do this or they can fix that, but when their skills are not appropriately matching with what they uttered or promised it's upsetting. However, this family run establishment will always go above and beyond to help. Me personally, I have sent many of my people to this business, but they have never on their own accord wrote a review ever for any company. Not because they wasn't happy with the products or the services carried out, but in fact it's about free will and they rather show their appreciation in person. Skilled workers nowadays will say "you need this or you need that," this to a not knowing will make them hesitate maybe even sometimes panic, especially for someone who isn't familiar with the trade. Therefore, on the other hand, when you hear "we recommend this and definitely need this," it portrays that they are not trying to make money, i.e. scam you for extras, but in fact they are going above and beyond to help you as a business, by treating their customers/visitors not as £ signs, but instead understanding feelings that enable them for inclinations that drive them to meet the meet the needs of that particular person.
