After visiting a few places with no luck in getting an appointment, I came across this garage, and I’m so glad I did! Despite being extremely busy, they went above and beyond to check my car right away. Within no time, they identified the issue—a loose screw on the exhaust—and fixed it on the spot. The best part? They didn’t charge me a penny! It’s rare to find such honest and helpful service these days. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help truly impressed me. I’ll definitely be returning for any future car needs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy garage. A huge thank you to the team!
Thank you all so much for looking after my old but much loved car! After an MOT fail I thought there was far too much welding to do and it would be beyond repair, but in no time at all the welding was done, a fog light replaced, and after a quick MOT retest we are back on the road! The prompt service I received was exceptional. The whole team are kind, knowledgeable and obviously have a wealth of experience. The cost was a surprise to me, it was very reasonable. Thank you to all of you, I will be happy to leave my car in your good hands, any time.
Super quick response to my failing car battery. Visited in the morning and new one fitted when I returned in the afternoon. Thank you, car is a lot happier now!
I had my car serviced and MOTd here in January....costs were very reasonable and Shawn collected my car and delivered it back as this 77 year old woman , new to Weymouth, didn't have a clue where the garage was! Today I was unable to open the bonnet, no problem, bring it over and we'll have a look...so with Sat navs help I took it over and Shawn and his apprentice had it open and rectified the problem also replaced 2 clips on my plastic wheel arch....all within half an hour and at no charge!! What superb service from the friendly, helpful staff...not forgetting the secretary in the office!! Thank you all I highly recommend this garage!
I cannot thank you enough!! Just incredible. Traveling from Liverpool we found ourself on the side of the road. They did everything in their power to make sure we were looked after. From constant reassuring phone calls to going out of their way to fix the problem. The price was great. A heartfelt thank you!!
