Went to Lucas garage this morning as I was desperate to get my rear wheel bearing changed on my Corsa. Though Lucas was busy he happily agreed to change the bearing if I could take the hub of myself. Having happily done so Lucas quickly pressed out the old bearing and put in new one and all whilst still doing repairs to another car. Really helped me out as due to work I have so little time to get these things done. Like earlier in the year with the M. O. T Lucas did along with a steering rack change, the quality of service and cost was first class and I couldn't recommend Lucas garage highly enough. Can't fault this garage whatsoever, I had to get my wet belt replaced on my red 1.0 litre ecoboost focus, lucas had the cheapest quote around including the quotes I had from garages in Swansea. Even though it was a big job the mechanic was very reassuring and his confidence made me at ease. I've waited to do a review a few days after just to make sure everything is running fine and without an issue and so far she's running happy! It alsp had a full oil change, oil filter and water pump included with the belt so even though its was the cheapest quote, there is no doubt that the full job had been done! My first time taking it to this garage and it won't be my last as I won't take my car anywhere else for work from now on! Also had an MOT done and passed no issues. Card and cash was accepted and receptionist was very kind and welcoming. Thank you all again down there! I can't stress how happy I am to have my car back on the road.
I would highly recommend this garage after our firsthand recent experience with them I took my wife's recently acquired BMW X3 SE auto, to them, with an Abs related intermittent issue , ie a dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree . Mark and the mechanics there quickly diagnosed and sorted the car out promptly and professionally. Thanks
