Highly recommend. They were able to MOT my vehicle on Boxing day at very late notice. Very friendly and helpful will definitely be using in the future

Absolutely brilliant MOT space – highly recommended.Had my MOT done here on New Year’s Eve and the team were really helpful from start to finish, fitting me in at a very busy time and getting everything done promptly
After moving to the area I was looking for a local garage that was easy to get to and due to my working schedule and commute out of Coventry, a garage that was open on a Saturday. I have used Loyal Autos each time I have needed help with my car as I am so reliant on it. I have to say, each time they have delivered and the turn around these guys do is brilliant. Each time I've had the issue sorted on the same day. My previous car, the exhaust heat shield came off (17 year old car, it is what it is) they sorted it in about 10 minutes free of charge. I had a double whammy and got a new car. The clutch went after 6 days and the warranty was cleverly worded. It broke down on the Friday and these guys stayed over and got me up and running less than 24 hours later. Prices where standard and around what I've paid for a clutch (some years ago now), but again, I've waited 2 or 3 days for work to be carried out and each time they have come through for me on the same day. The mechanics are friendly and they have always been honest and gotten back to me with a quote and what's required work wise (and haven't ever tried to over sell me). Any quotes I've received I've checked and it's always been what it is. Having said that, they have always tried to see me alright, cost wise. It's a solid garage and for me personally, they have always provided great customer service, so it's 5 stars from me.
