Great customer service with knowledgeable staff who take pride in their work.
Since I put a request on FB 2 yrs ago for a garage Marie answered it and said pop down! I told her that my car had just had a service and I was told I needed brakes. I popped down and within an hour I had a phone call "nothing wrong with these brakes" They could of easily just changed them! Marie and Phil and their team are fantastic. Efficient, 100% trustworthy, 5* service, 5* mechanics and total value for money I would never dream of going anywhere else. Only thing is....you've gotta be organized and book in advance so you're not disappointed as they as tremendously busy!
Fantastic service from Marie on reception and Phil in the workshop. Despite being very busy they fitted me in as an emergency as a tank under my car split and I had fluid leaking out. I had a 200 mile journey to make back home to cover an NHS emergency clinic over Bank Holiday , so I was incredibly grateful for their expertise! Honest, polite and friendly - Heswall is lucky to have a garage like this. Thank you to the whole team .
