This garage is an absolute find! Their delivery of a fantastic customer experience was second to none! We set off for a few days away and our car started to make strange noises! The nearest garage to us was Lodge Bank in Darwen. We rang them and they said just come straight in. The team on reception were fabulous. So friendly and so helpful…nothing was too much trouble. The problem was identified….the part ordered …fitted and tested and we were on our way within 2 hours. This is above and beyond what we expected and actually was a joy to be there. Lovely fresh coffee….fun with the team and all at a reasonable price! James was amazing!!!! Booked in for MOT and service…my new garage!! Highly recommend.

My wife’s Mazda developed a mysterious and worrying rattle under the back end of the car. We went to Lodge Bank Garage asking if they could possibly have a look at it and see if they knew what it was. Brilliant response, a quick test drive, car on the ramp and the problem discovered, loose exhaust baffle, and solved in under 20 minutes. Absolutely brilliant service. They didn’t even charge my wife.

So glad to of found this place. I won't take my Phaeton to any other now. 5 stars from me. Highly recommended.

I have been taking my Audi S3 to this garage for years and the service I have received has been fantastic at all times. They clearly know their stuff as there has not been an issue which they haven’t been able to fix. A great garage and one who I trust with my car 100% ... an easy recommendation from me.
