In general fine for a first service . Some confusion over times however . I booked a 10.00am -2.00pm slot however the day before the service was due i was contacted by the dealership and they advised me the slot was 08.00am -1.00pm. After we discussed this it was acknowledged that the booking was indeed 10.00-2.00pm however upon arrival at reception they again stated that they had been expecting me at 08.00am despite the resolution agreed on the call the say before . So perhaps its a case of staff members not talking to one another or systems not being updated accurately
Excellent service. Everything well explained as usual. Very good business hub to spend 3 hours working whilst awaiting my vehicle to be MOT'd
Excellent service, prompt and delivered as promised. The staff were courteous and very helpful throughout and I was very pleased.
Nicole Ramsey provided a good customer experience for MOT booking. Agreed to look at a separate fault which could not be revolved on the day but rebooked for a technician to investigate further. Car returned after complimentary valet.
Great service would highly recommend Listers Solihull. Friendly and efficient and local.
