After seeing them I contacted Danny who quickly arranged for my car to be seen. Dropped it off at 9am problem located and fixed all before half 10 at a very reasonable price. Danny kept me updated with costs etc throughout. Great service and will use again when needed in the future.
Great bunch of guys. Honest customer service is 100%. They even let me bring my own parts to put on my car when I took it in for them to fix it I highly recommend these guys. I finally found a mechanic I can trust I'm definitely going back to these guys whenever I have work that needs to be done on both vehicles.
Received brilliant service from start to finish, really impressed. Nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to fit me in as soon as possible and help get me back on the road. As a young female, taking my car to the garage can be a daunting experience, but they made it so easy and were really upfront, friendly and honest. I was kept well informed and updated throughout the whole process of repair. Will definitely be returning in the future!
I have never received service like I have from this garage, especially Danny who has spoke to me during the process of checking out my vehicle and telling me about what needs to be done! Will be returning for future work as there will no doubt be some that needs doing thanks to the last garage 😂🙏
Took my car to be fixed after it had been diagnosed by another garage (no longer trading), only to find out it has been misdiagnosed. Library Road kept me informed at all stages and were very reasonable. I will be taking my car here in the future.
