Toyota Hays & Lexus Hayes has great staff, I have Toyota Camry & going there regularly for parts etc. never had a complaint & have been treated nicely. In parts department Greg is one of best guy, he has been very help full past 2 years. He always end up giving best advice & helped me to change key battery & wiper. I trust his judgment better than my self. Thank you Hayes depo & specially Greg. Farman
In November 2024, I received an exemplary customer service from Pravin at LEXUS Hayes with regard to a small issue regarding my key fob. Consequently, I designated LEXUS Hayes as my go to service station. Fast-forward to January 2025. I booked an MOT at LEXUS Hayes via a telephone call with the gentlemanly Pravin early this month, January 2025. The process was easy and pleasant. The day before the MOT, I received a call-reminder. I recall thinking to myself, "What a nice touch. Tip top customer service!" Needless to add the MOT service was thorough and excellent! And it was very fairly priced. They even washed my car! I cannot recommend this LEXUS Hayes branch highly enough!
I recently booked a service and MOT with Lexus Hayes and was very pleased with the quality of service I received. I would like to express my gratitude to Pravin Khimani for his exceptional assistance. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient in answering all of my questions.
