This was down to the friendliness and professionalism of the Product Advisor Matthew Woodhams. Throughout the whole experience he was honest and wasn’t one of those pushy sales people i’ve come in contact with before. It really was the customer needs first. Would 100% recommend here as a perfect place to browse or buy a car. The car itself, I couldn’t be happier! 10/10

Big thumbs up plus= Free hot & cold drinks Great toilet facilities Plenty of parking space Easy to find off the A1 Found the car that met our needs of drivers under 25 years of age. Excellent service at Seat Letchworth. Chris Wright was brilliant, knowledgeable, helpful and reliable keeping me fully informed and up to date always calling when he said he would. Having visited other dealerships this was the best experience by far made to feel comfortable and at no time felt under pressure to buy. I would highly recommend.
I was interested in one of their used cars. Chris went above and beyond to get a better trade in price on mine and a reduction on the car I liked. Refreshing to talk to a salesman who isn't pushy and genuinely cares about the overall experience. Although I didn't buy the vehicle I would certainly use them again in future
