The team are absolutely brilliant and always complete the job to an incredibly high standard, as if it were their own vehicle. They are great value for money too. They know cars and are all enthusiasts themselves which speaks volumes. I recently took advantage of their new tyre fitting service and as expected they were brilliant, with help and advice and getting the new tyres fitted quickly without issue. Huge thanks to the team, I look forward to bringing them my next job!
I have used the Lakeside service centre for several times now including a service last year and an MOT last week. They are a very friendly bunch of people and no job is ever too small or an issue for them, even at short notice! Their customer service is outstanding and they always have a smile on their faces. Reasonably priced and they don't seem to just want your money, unlike some garages I have dealt with in the past! A massive shout-out to the female receptionist - so friendly and always offers to open the main door for me so I can get the baby's pram out with ease. Will continue to use this garage in the future.
Excellent service from the team. I have 3 cars they look after and I'm really pleased with the work they carry out, the advice and working knowledge. As a qualified mechanic myself, I can't fault them. Highly recommended!
Needed new battery. Rang at 10am, appointment at 12noon, battery fitted, home by 12.45pm. Great service and with a smile. I was so pleased I booked my April MOT.😁
