They will call you and explain what they have found and offer you a fixed price to repair the Vehicle... they will fail an unsafe vehicle because that is what the MOT is designed to do... Marc who owns the business is on site working repairing vehicles doing MOTs offering advice. And working in partnership with vehicle owners to get the best out of their money. They know their cars here. And are especially good at the electronic car management systems, they have all the serious electronic gadgetry to find the problem and then either do it on the spot if they can or book you in as soon as possible with proper advice as to what needs doing. I can recommend this garage to you without reservation. They have sound honest people working here and a solid honest reputation locally. These guys look after the car owners and the cars in partnership. They discuss the problem and explain the impact on the vehicle of what is wrong. It is a happy workforce who respects the owner and it's clear that the owner respects his workforce. Not many places can boast that these days.

Excellent service. Professional guys. Been to the garage for the first time after ripped me of some local garage for my Toyota Prius Hybrid Traction light flashing every time pressing the break. Break was missing. Other garages didn't find the problem and ripped me off. Been To Lg mot got an appointment and that day they found the problem straight away and give me some advice to buy one parts from after market. They fix my car. They know what they doing. Good knowledge. And highly professional. And lastly they are some honest lads are working. Highly recommended. Finally i found one trustable local garage. Though i am from South Shields and the garage is in Boldon but still i will go again. Thanks lads....
