from 920 reviews on GoogleCame to get the exhaust rubber attachment on my Peugeot 107 replaced today and one of the mechanics took a look at my car as soon as I arrived. I’m always worried about getting ripped off when I take my car in for any repairs but the guys at Kwik Fit were very friendly and replaced the rubber attachments free of charge within about 15 minutes! This place will definitely be the place I go back to if I ever need anymore work done. Thank you so much!
Phil & his team are amazing! This is the second time in a year where the calamity of BMW South Ruislip has caused me some unnecessary issues. BMW previously could not open the bolts on a number of wheels & were proposing to charge an extortionate amount to resolve. I took the car to Phil, who with some ease was able to open all the bolts in less than 5 minutes at no cost to myself. As a result I complained to BMW who offered a free MoT when next due, this was a poisoned chalice. As a result of my free BMW MoT, they failed on a number of items & quoted £2,400 for these repairs. Granted BMW labour is higher than KwikFit, but a number of things don't make sense, for example BMW quoted £462.43 for a broken exhaust clamp. As pointed out by KwikFit & can easily be verified online, this part should cost no more than £20 at the upper end, therefore I'm not quite sure what BMW were planning to do to my exhaust for £462.43. In any case all the repairs & paying additionally for the MoT itself with KwikFit came to a total of £916.09 & a saving of approximately £1,484 in comparison with the absurdity of BMW South Ruislip. I have no plans to visit BMW South Ruislip again, unless I'm in the unfortunate position where a part can only be sourced from BMW. Thanks again Phil & team!!
From the moment we enter to leaving, the experience was good customer service and nothing was an issue. Everything got explained. All the staff were very customer focus and nothing was an issue for them even though they were short staffed.
