Took details of the issue I believed I had, explained possible causes and next steps clearly. Team diagnosed the vehicle exceptionally fast, showing me evidence of the fault and agreed price of rectification before proceeding. Also resolved additional faults I had highlighted but was happy to book in for, in the same appointment, whilst still taking the time to explain the issues I had been having. Centre was clean, tidy and welcoming with a lovely waiting area. Friendly and helpful staff. All round great team and great service - highly recommend.
Had all of my tyres changed. Process was simple to book online. Staff member called Luke was really accommodating when I needed to change the time of my appointment and also called me to let me know of any cancellations. After the work was done I was given all the relevant information and drove away very happy.
Just visiting, first day in rental car and had a mishap which led to flat tire. I was directed to this Kwik Fit. Kamal was professional and pleasant. They were very busy but was able to fit us in and even had it done two hours earlier. Was very happy to learn the Company supports Air Ambulance effort. From observing several other interactions they seem to put customer service first. Thank you to all the workers, holiday not ruined
i arrived as a Walk-in i called before to make sure they weren't too busy my tires were low so the Lovely Patrick assisted me he was very Welcoming & always Smiling thanx for your assistance..
I came by to ask if they had an opening to check a problem with one of my tyres, they squeezed me in that day despite being booked up They had a look, diagnosed and solved the problem, and explained the next steps I should take to prevent the problem from reoccurring. Great service, I will happily return should the need arise. Thank you Windsor Kwik Fit team!
