Woke up to a puncture so phoned Kwik Fit and spoke to Josh who was so helpful and said they’d be more than happy to fit me in that morning. When I dropped the car off they were so busy but they still had both of my back tyres replaced within 45 minutes! I phoned back later with a query following the tyre replace and again Josh was happy to fit us in before the end of the day (this was already about 4pm)! My husband took the car down and they were all so helpful and sorted it there and then. Great service all round. Would recommend to everyone.
We rang Newcastle in a bit of a panic on Saturday morning just before the Bank Holiday, a wheel nut head had broken off and it meant we couldn't get it out of the hub. Tom was so helpful on the phone, although they were very busy told us to bring the car down and they would try and fit it in during the day. A few hours later they rang to say it was all sorted. What a relief as who wants to be without a car over the Bank Holiday, we can't thank them enough. The staff were all so polite and helpful they are assured of our business in future and I'd highly recommend anyone using them.
Excellent service, the manager was extremely well mannered, kept me up to date with the work being carried out on my car. The shop was extremely busy but he managed everything in a timely and pleasant manner. The team were all friendly and courteous. Would highly recommend.
Walked into Kwik Fit this morning embarrassed over the state of my car! But the manager was professional and educational over the work that needed doing. The junior apprentices were a fantastic reflection of the company. Very efficient and dedicated to the job
