Had my MOT here today, they were happy to take my car a few minutes early and was fairly quick, passed with a couple of completely fair advisories (20 year old car moment). Wouldn't hesitate to come back :)
I had a minor, but irritating, fault on my Ford B Max. Kwik Fit at Trent Valley sorted it out quickly and efficiently. Exemplary, polite and professional service from Paddy and the team. Big thanks to them. Highly recommended.
Really great staff at this Kwikfit and always really accommodating at this particular branch. I recently had 3 Tyres changed on short notice and a staff member their called Paddy gave me a lift home while they were doing the work then picked me up again a couple of hours later. Very happy.
I was given honest and appropriate advice about what was needed. I was able to get the work done the next day to an excellent standard. I was also impressed with the detailed advisory report which included photographic images for clarity.
